Welcome to the website for Cory Voorhis Legal Defense - a registered Colorado non-profit organization established to raise money to help pay the legal costs of Cory Voorhis, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent who has been wrongfully charged in U.S. District Court with three counts of misdemeanor unauthorized use of a government computer. Cory has been found not guilty in a court of law, yet he has lost his job (see articles).

"Cory Voorhis stood up and reported a dangerous public safety policy that affected America's safety and security. For doing what was right, he is now facing trumped-up criminal charges and the loss of his federal job. We must all stand with this brave man and support him as he has supported us. Don't let Cory Voorhis stand alone". - Mike Riebau, former ICE Senior Special Agent

"If Cory Voorhis did something wrong, then the Denver district attorney, in conjunction with the Ritter campaign, did something equally wrong. The same standard should apply." - Dick Wadhams, Colorado GOP Chairman
   (Denver Post, Nov. 21, 2007)

Cory Voorhis, BICE agent Your (non tax-deductible) donation to Cory Voorhis is very much needed and appreciated. Cory has already mortgaged his home to pay for attorney fees and he has been placed on leave-without-pay by ICE, which is an unprecedented action against a law enforcement officer who was accused, then declared innocent of all charges by a jury.

So far the cost of defending Voorhis in federal criminal court and defending against ICE administrative attempts to suspend him from employment and terminate/remove him from his position with ICE has cost a staggering $500,000 of which about $100,000 has been raised and paid with the generous help and assistance from contributions to Cory and his family through Cory Legal Defense. The administrative legal battle continues. We need your help to enable Cory to continue to mount a defense and assist in this continuing fight for truth and justice.

"Equal application of the law should be held sacred, but instead it's being held hostage by the political elites. In this case it is imperative a federal grand jury investigate the glaring, unanswered questions surrounding the Denver DA's office, the Bill Ritter for Governor campaign, the Beauprez for Governor campaign, the Colorado GOP, The Trailhead Group and the Harris (Texas) DA's office. None of them should object to a thorough investigation, unless, of course, there is something they do not want investigated." - Mike McGarry, Cory Legal Defense
